These terms describe how La Bendición Lawn quotes, schedules and performs work. Hiring us for a job means agreeing to the basics below.
Estimates are free and are based on what we can see when we visit. If the job turns out to be bigger than what was visible — hidden sprinkler damage, rot inside a fence post, roots where a stump grinder needs to go — we tell you before doing any extra work, and no extra work happens without your OK.
Outdoor work depends on the sky. Heavy rain or dangerous wind can move a job — especially tree work — and when that happens we contact you and set the next available date. We show up when we say we will, and if something changes, you hear it from us first.
We treat your yard like it is ours — gates closed, pets considered, plants that stay protected while we work. Tell us at the estimate about anything delicate, buried or easy to miss, like irrigation lines, low-voltage lighting or a septic area.
The price agreed at the estimate is the price, unless the scope changes and we agree on the change together. Payment terms for larger projects are discussed before the work starts, so there are no surprises on either side.
